I was able to ask him price ranges for the different types of wood that I was looking for I also asked if he could guide me to where I could View so I could evaluate the quality and John very pleasantly took the time to walk around the store and Warehouse area with me so I could see the products I was seeking. Absolutely wonderful customer service at the store I am very grateful. The quality of this wood is beautiful and I love the delivery service as well."

"The lumber is very good, far better than other places. 4 stars only because they’re quite pricey…. the store items are a fair bit higher than the big box stores…but, the service is unbeatable. The people are all exceptional…..I’ll pay a little more for amazing service, but for big orders, I’ll likely go to a big box store much further away. Sad they can’t price match their nice selection of dewalt 20v tools. **added a star because of customer service. Eric called to inform me they do price match certain items, and the tool I was looking at was now on sale ($50 off),so I will stop in soon!"
