My experiences have been consistently disappointing, marked by repeated errors in our orders. My boyfriend and I like to get breakfast at least once a week, yet the past five to six weeks have been fraught with frustration. We've tried to make it easy by ordering through the app, but it seems like no matter what, we encounter issues such as missing items, unrequested additions like cheese, and receiving regular bacon instead of the maple bacon we specifically ordered and paid for. Even requests for cold foam in my drink have been overlooked. These mishaps aren't isolated incidents; rather, they've happened repeatedly over the past few weeks. What amplifies the disappointment is the glaring discrepancy between the accuracy of our orders as printed on the bag, drink, and receipt, and the actual items we receive. Despite reaching out to Dunkin' directly, contacting corporate, and even addressing the issue with the franchise owner of this particular location, there has been no noticeable improvement. This morning's experience was the final straw, leading us to decide against future purchases at this specific Dunkin'. It's particularly upsetting because I am an avid fan of Dunkin', and the ease of this store has been a major convenience. However, the persistent poor service, especially after escalating the matter to higher authorities, is just annoying. If you're in the mood for Dunkin', I would recommend visiting the Wilton location instead."

"I watched someone behind the counter mope around, no drive, my coffee got skipped asked the guy where it was he didn’t know. I’m not saying that they need to rush wI have seen other Dunkin’s with there employees getting things served in a timely manner. Customers in and out. I left with out getting my coffee because I was going to be late where I had to be."

"One star because I couldn't give zero. Ordered two iced coffees and I waited over 35 minutes for over priced coffee. After the time spent waiting, I had to re-order because they forgot the first order I placed. Multiple people had the same issue and the staff appeared to put forth little effort to their job. I will never go back."
