"Never again will I place an order with Vans….. I have had ZERO help from the employees at this location and they have done nothing but mess up my order and over charge me!!!! After the entail mess of my order I got it all figured out and sent my daughter In to pick it up, I live an hour away….. 3 days later I was recharged for the order that was already picked up. They have DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix their mistake!!! Now I HAVE to drive an hour to the store in Cambridge to pick up a package that has already been picked up just to return it to the same location. RIDICULOUS. They refuse to accommodate me even though this was their error and now forcing me to drive an hour. Y’all need to get it together"

"The vans store at the Cambridge side Galleria is awesome experience when I go in there to make a purchase. The sales associates that work there are alway so welcoming and warm hearted as soon as you walk through the door. Sam, Josh, Lily etc. I gave the 5 star rating, vans store is one of my favorites stores to shop when I choose to head to the Cambridge side Galleria Mall. All of my purchase of vans footwear is from that location. I definitely recommend this location to the public to shop if they want excellent customer satisfaction. I got to say for myself, as long as vans store stays in that location, I will continue to shop and make purchase there. I love going to that store. Today I went in to purchase another pair of vans. At the checkout they were so cool and gave me a deck of card and also 10% of my purchase. I am going back in a few weeks to purchase another of vans shoes. I love the atmosphere there."

"I was looking for the Trek slip on. They werent available because they were sold out. The staff was amazing they did everything they could so I can get it weather it was online another store but they tried all options just to see me as the customer happy. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that also they were so helpful and friendly. That is what customer service is about. I went to Newbury location and they didnt care it was like whatever too bad but Cambridgeside mall employees were outstanding taking their time. It amazes me how one location to another can be a different experience."
