"Brian at the Burlington store, was too nice He manipulated me into purchasing $1800 of these insoles. He didn’t fully describe them. He didn’t really know anything about me as I just walked in the door he knew it was in pain then he said I’ll throw in a pair of sneakers in for free last years style , they ended up being $140, that’s crazy. I want my money back!! Oh and he NEVER mentioned the return policy, He was too busy already ringing up my sale. Unreal. I’ve worked for reebok and new balance for many years. We would never treat our customers like that. I will be contacting the good feet corporate headquarters today. I will be getting a full refund."
