"Unfortunately, we’ve been sitting in this store for about an hour and 20 minutes looking and searching for shoes that we clearly expressed that we were looking for and have not been asked once if we needed help unfortunately, the two employees are standing behind the front desk, and would rather play on their phones and calculate payments then help the customers that are standing in here I hope they do better. Oh and It would be nice to have name tags on too Have a great day."
"I have never felt the need to write a review before, but my experience was so poor I am. The manager was yelling the "r slur" in one of the isles, and trying on shoes rather than working. The entire time I was there I couldn't find a box that wasn't entirely empty, and nobody offered to help. I used to come here regularly, but I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Awful staff, limited options, too many mistakes!!!!"
