"This is a family owned business who apparently looks out for family and not for their loyal customers. I was duped into buying a $2,000 gift certificate so my husband could pick out his own recliner for Father’s Day and was told I could get money back for whatever he didn’t spend but that didn’t happen so I bought a smaller recliner for myself which never reclined right so I didn’t use it hardly at all and then one day my husband noticed the arm was falling right off it. I called and said I’d not sat in it even 10 times and wanted to return it and get a better chair and they wouldn’t let me. But they did fix it for “free” so I guess they can live with themselves. We will never buy from them again and my husband has been a loyal customer of theirs for many years!"

"Tim was very great explaining about all the lounge chairs. I spent 20 minutes in the chair we brought. I have back problems and he explained all the features of this remote control chair. He even brought me larger swatches of fabrics so I could be sure of color matching. We also bought our last furniture there 20 something years ago. Their fabric on that furniture still looks good. Great quality and sales staff."

Enjoyed my visit to there show room an the sales people were very helpful in finding something to fit your needs. I never had a power recliner as that feature work's very well.
