"The Kingfisher & The Queen is my new favorite store! I’ve come to the Damariscotta area since I was a girl and have had some favorites over the years but this one may take the cake. The wonderfully curated selection is interesting and the notes that Prudence sprinkles around the shop add a touch of the personal that makes the items even more enticing. I also loved the eclectic selection of books available throughout the store. It was hard not to buy everything in there (although with two visits in the course of a week last summer I tried!). I can’t wait to go back!"
