"RUDE! HORRIBLE! One decent employee! Went in last night she was great! Went in today to mail something FedEx and NEVER have been treated so POORLY in my life. After waiting in a long line with a huge box I got up to the counter and simply asked how do I send this FedEx. OH MY! The two ladies said they didn't want to deal with it, told me to go stand over there and when they could get to me they would. One was running a register, the other closing blinds to the window and doing NOTHING but being rude to me. The other people in line were also blown away by how I was being treated. I left still with my box. NO THANKS! Tried store again 2yrs later and the employee Jamie she is absolutely RUDE and nasty to everyone she waits on!!!!!!"
"This is NOT a 1 star review, so this pharmacy gets an unwarranted star because ZERO stars is not an option. Closing time is 7 PM and I when I enter the store I immediately notice the pharmacy cage is down 15 minutes before closing. I see the pharmacist upon walking up to the register and she half looks up from her work station. I wait patiently for several minutes until a tech greets me and despite my prescription in the process of being filled, I am told they close in 7 minutes. Long pause. I have to say, so then what you’re not saying is I’ll have to come back tomorrow. And the young girl says YES! with a big smile. I assure you, it takes less than 2 minutes to fill my prescription, but I’ll sadly have to return in the morning. I hope this store gets it act together because this is the worst experience a patient could experience. Everything in Maine is 45 minutes away. So I’ve wasted my time and money just to do it again. Save yourself the agony and find another pharmacy with employees who are willing to help the customer. 2 other Walgreens in the Midcoast are always willing to fill the script right up until closing, and both will even stay open a bit longer for their customers."
"Worse experience of horrendous customer service ever. I went into the Damariscotta Walgreens to pick a few things up. On my way into the store I passed a display of poinsettias for $8.99 a piece. I grabbed two. After getting everything I was there to get, I went to the register to check out. The young girl at the register proceeded to ring my items in. After it was totalled, I noticed that she has entered a quantity of 2 poinsettias 2 times. I calmly tried to show the girl and she replied "Look! It's only on there twice" I replied "Yes but it's a quantity of 2 that is entered twice" I then pointed at her screen to show her and she told me to stop raising my voice and if I didn't leave the store she would have to call the cops. I asked for her manager whom I explained everything to when she came to the register all the whole the girl continued to disrespect and slightly raise her voice. Worse Walgreens ever!!! Horrible customer service."
"Twice I have scheduled a shot should be done here and I got a phone call to cancel one and this time I got no cancellation this time. Garrett at the pharmacy wasn’t very helpful and seem to make excuses left and right. The fact that he showed no empathy and have the attitude that it wasn’t his problem That I drove and took time off my work to go get the shots. Empathy would’ve gone along way. I get we’re all tired and we are all over work right now but this was so not okay."
"Worst run Walgreens ever encountered. Perscription department is closed Friday night to 9:00 Monday morning. That's 60 hours, folks !! They never answer the phone and get you to the pharmacy dept. Too bad if you have a critical situation. Constant excuse is "there are no people to work" Then corporate needs to provide coverage until people are hired or close up the business. It's one thing if you are going in to buy make up, groceries or wine. It's a dire situation if you can't get the meds that your doctor wants you to have."
