"My child has been on a waitlist since 2021. I was told it might be long but i was assuming a few months not a few years. Every time i call the doctor to check in she tells me i should’ve been seen already and that she will have scheduling call me to set up my appointment but that call never comes. My child’s pediatrician is also acting like she should’ve been seen already so i’m not sure if it’s this place that’s the problem or just negligence on behalf of the specific doctor we are working with. Either way i’m frustrated that my daughter is basically being forgotten about consistently."

"Families please call to confirm appointments a head of time. I have heard from multiple families that when they arrive, they are told that the appointments have been cancelled of changes without giving notice. It has too happened to me, and my appointment was done over 6 months ago. I called a week in advance to confirm my appointment, to find out that they have done the same thing to me. There was no email, mail or call notifying me of the change."

"Dr. Nie was kind, compassionate, and listened to our concerns regarding our newborn. He calmly spoke and offered helpful information and solutions. The office is large, modern, and offers plenty of seating. Also, there is free off-street parking."

"I've had the privilege to meet two great people who have explained to me my rights as a parent to get my child IEP and tested him to get him diagnosed with ADHD with anxiety. I needed this to get my child the best help and outcome out of life. Thank you."

"Impossible to get an appointment with genetics (we had 4 appointments scheduled since January 2019; they cancelled and rescheduled 3 of them and then said we would need to be waitlisted. Now I am scheduled for December). There is no other option in RI, which makes it frustrating. Angelica, who handles patient scheduling, is wonderful. She is very professional and it isn't her fault that the doctors routinely cancel appointments."
