Shipping from the factory was delayed repeatedly, not their fault, but failing to notify me and then seeming unaware of the changes in dates was. Then when the stove arrived I had to contact a third party to schedule the install myself, which took another 10 days. Very frustrating experience. They should stick to lunch and cookies."
