"I’ve had surgery recently and have been out of work and in and out of the hospital. I made the employees aware I will be unable to do payments for about a month. Right before my surgery I attempted to make a payment on the phone and was hung up on. They have hounded me. Called me every day once or twice a day. Came to my house and pounded on my door very loudly multiple times while I was trying to rest and recover. Knowing my dogs where barking loudly. I do not appreciate the lack of trust and respect when I have purchased things in the past over $2000 and where always on time and have always been reliable."
