"This dynamic duo really gives their patients the best of both worlds and are super passionate about keeping their patients healthy and moving. Their unique approach to patient care offers orthopedic massage and skilled therapeutic musculoskeletal PT treatments ---their certifications and degrees are in both physical therapy and massage therapy. When you come to Keep It Moving, you will get a team approach to identifying and treating the origin of your pain as well as a thorough explanation about why you're having pain and a positive experience during your sessions. Britt and Megan provide unmatched value both in and out of the clinic with their targeted treatment plans and comprehensive exercise programs so that you can move better, more confidently, and manage your health independently. It doesn't hurt that they are both hilarious and fun to be around (check out their Insta!)"
"I have been a client of Brittany Smith who is a Physical and Massage Therapist for over a decade. She is a knowledgeable, compassionate, driven therapist who is passionate about her job and helping her clients return to full health and pain free living. The 1st time I went to see her I was having calf and hamstring issues. After a very through initial evaluation and creation of an exercise a program to help alleviate them, the calf and hamstring issues were resolved within 2 months through a combination of manual therapy, stretching, & strengthening exercises. However, over the course of my treatment pain in both feet (more extreme in the right) that has come and gone since I got out of the Army in 1998 resurfaced. Brittany was able to examine my foot and tell me it looks like plantar fasciitis and to treat it to the point that the pain in my foot is now almost nonexistent. Through the years Brittany has also helped me with everything from chronic issues like the plantar fasciitis to muscle pulls and strains suffered during physical activities, to recovery from a more serious knee injury of patella dislocation. I have also gone into see Brittany for a massage just for maintenance and always feel better, both mentally and physically, when I leave. I give Brittany Smith my highest recommendation. If you are having pain or any issue that requires physical or massage therapy do not hesitate to call or email her at Keep It Moving. She is professional and courteous and it is apparent from the moment you walk in and are greeted by her. Brittany works very hard to build a rapport with her clients to get to see the whole picture of the person she is working with in an effort to treat them as efficiently and effectively as possible. She will always do her best to make appointments at times that are convenient. Physical and Massage Therapy with Brittany Smith at Keep It Moving can definitely help you feel better. I know that I do."
"I have been seeing Meg throughout my pregnancy (second trimester onwards, now close to full term) and as someone that has been getting regular massages for over a decade, I was amazed to find her technique and skills to be next level. She is also very passionate and knowledgeable about human physiology and has given me good advice on prenatal/pelvic health in times of pain. 11/10 recommend!"
"I broke my leg with a tibial plateau fracture with fragmentation which required three surgeries. After a nearly two year conventional physical therapy program I had reached a wall with progress. My last remaining issues focused mainly around nerve issues and muscle strength. Fortunately, my conventional physical therapist recommended Britt Smith of Keep It Moving Physical Therapy. Since getting hands on therapy catered to my specific needs I have been making continual strides to regain muscle strength and mobility. The nerve issues have also improved dramatically. The combination of Therapy and Massage has been a Godsend for my specific problems. She always takes the time and listens carefully to my descriptions of issues and directly addresses those issues. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you need that little extra special something to get you to the next level of your therapy goals!"
"Keep It Moving PT is the epitome of professionalism and excellence in terms of body work. I emailed Britt in a crisis after the onset of acute muscle pain and strain on a recent trip and she was able to fit me in very quickly, and with a lot of care and compassion. I had an incredible massage with Megan and would recommend her to anyone! She was highly skilled, thorough, thoughtful, and communicative and I left the appointment with a lot of relief and improved mobility. I wish I lived locally so I could come back on a regular basis. Don’t hesitate to book with them — your body will thank you!"
