"The entire team on Friday, Jan 5, 2023, at 2pm, from check-in to recovery, was seamless. Every step of the procedure was discussed, and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. The team was able to accommodate my procedure with the proper anesthesia so I would not experience my usual post-procedure nausea and vomiting. *** I recommend you place your request for the appropriate anesthetic to your doctor at least a week in advance if you suffer from post-procedure vomiting.*** I felt NOTHING during my colonoscopy and had absolutely NO NAUSEA, including hours later. The very kind recovery nurse even brought me some gingerale and peanut butter crackers without my asking for anything. She couldn't have made me happier! The Gastroenterology team at Lahey/Beth Israel in Burlington is wonderful. Kudos to your expeditiousness and kindness!!"
