"Dready girl conned me into buying an incompatible vape piece, then the store refused to accept it unused to return it. Only bought it bc she said it would work while i was on my way out. I absolutely would never shop here again. Portland smoke n vape gave me a good discount on the correct part after i told them how this place treat me. Buyer beware, will be reporting to bbb."

"Good quality glass pipes& bongs. The staff is very polite say welcome & have great day . The store is very very clean . Only thing I didn’t like was staff cigarettes vapor inside doing clouds with customers inside ."

"I wish I could give this place 15/5 stars simply because of Kyle's service! We came in knowing exactly what we were looking for, so we didn't need much help there. But he offered personal opinions and recommendations, steered us in the right direction to get the best bang for our buck. My partner and I are also from out of town, and he talked with us for maybe 30 minutes or more, giving us all kinds of recommendations. Kyle was just an incredibly nice, real genuine guy. Loved talking with him!"

"EDIT 06/23/21: Stopped here today to pick up a retro vape replacement whip along with a few other items and when I arrived home and opened the box the hose is completely broken at the bowl piece and the hose itself is bent at various points. As I attempted to straighten the bends out of the hose the hose started to literally rip at the creases as you can see in the photos. I called the store and told them that I would like to just return it as opposed to a replacement which they adamantly refused to do. I did become perturbed at this considering that I spend a couple of hundred dollars a month there, sometimes more and then I was told that since I was being rude that I didn't have to come back at all. I ended the discussion by agreeing to the replacement and letting them know that I won't be shopping there anymore. This is just one more out of state conglomerate clamoring for our hard earned dollars without caring about their patrons."
