"I love Family Health Matters so much and the care that is put into each one of my visits. I recently had started a new job at a daycare which led me to get extremely sick (kid germs!) for i’m not joking- an entire month. I went through bronchitis, a sinus infection, the flu and most recently strep throat. Each and every visit within this past month at FHM has been relieving and a wonderful experience. You are genuinely in great hands with everyone at this facility. Whether it’s the front desk employees, the nurses or the doctors, expect to be heard and taken care of. Each and every single one of them makes sure to listen to your concerns, takes them seriously and offers so much support to help get to the bottom of whichever issue you might be facing. "I recently joined FHM back in October and have nothing but good things to say. In the beginning, since Emily was out on leave I saw Emma who is amazing and attentive to detail. Once Emily returned from leave I began seeing her. She is nothing short of amazing! She responds to my concerns promptly and has gone above and beyond during a time when I needed multiple appointments. I keep thinking that if I was at my previous PCP office, this time for me would be much more stressful and frustrating without Emily's help. The staff members are also super friendly and welcoming. My PCP, Emily Gauvin, is the most kind-hearted, empathetic person I’ve ever met. She is very communicative and easy to reach. As someone who struggles with health anxiety, I tend to have a lot of concerns and ask many questions. Emily is always able to ease my mind by answering my questions in a timely manner and addressing any concerns I have.
