The infusion coordinator always makes sure they have everything they need, including prior authorizations, orders from my doctor and the meds themselves from the specialty pharmacy. My infusion nurse, Joan, is lovely to work with and takes great care of me while I'm there."

"Made multiple people wait over an hour for a urine drug test for work. When a new person walked in they were told 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour to take my test I was told to remove my shirt before entering the bathroom. I have never been told to take my shirt off for a urine test."

"I had a lower back injury last night at work. Once I got home I kneel down to do something and that was it I could not get up. I had to crawl to grab something to stand up and I decided to pack a bag and called 911 for a pick up to the hospital. Holy family Hospital. once I got there, after 2 hours I found out nobody would see me for. 8 to 9 hours. Suffered through the pain and went home. I woke up and went to Express medical. In and out in just about an hour. I shot for the pain in my back prescription and X-ray. I was told the problem then I left. Got a shot for the pain a prescription for what my condition is, everybody was totally professional one of my best experiences is a medical facility that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Express Medical"

"If I could give 0 stars I would . This place is a horrible urgent care . 0 professionalism & racist . When it comes to DOT exam your job is to ensure the individual passes the MEDICAL requirements for the DOT CARD nothing else . This is a medical facility not a school or college you don’t need to ask questions that do not pertain to medical things . It is no one’s business how proficient someone is in a language . I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone especially for pre employment screening . Reading others opinions on the same issue , I can tell this has been going on for a while now. Horrible place rude wouldn’t recommend !"
