"I am so thankful for Amy! I usually get faint and sometimes pass out when i’m getting my blood drawn. I was worked up and visibly upset. Amy saw me in the waiting room and asked if I was okay, I told her how i was worried because I normally get faint, and she said “okay come with me! You will be okay one step at a time.” Amy was the BEST! She was so sweet, and talked me through every step. If you are nervous about getting blood drawn I highly recommend asking for Amy!"

"My experience was smooth. Made my appointment online, checked in via the text message sent shortly prior to appointment. I didn't wait long until I was called for my blood draw. Phlebotomist was pleasant, perhaps a bit stressed at knowing there were a fair amount of people in the waiting area. I think the issue of "I was here first, why are they being seen before me?" happens because of the different types of testing they administer. They likely have staff that do specific tests (blood draw vs drug testing, etc) so that can lead to a backup if there are a bunch of people looking for one of them."

"I had my blood work done Monday dec 6 in Salem and I have good veins but I have never had them take blood from the side and I ended up with this bruise. Don’t know if i will go back since I go every 6 months for blood work there."
