"Been coming here for 6 years and i dont even know what my doctor mark looks like because the man is never there ive never heard of a person seeing their actual doctor once in 6 years why do i pay the same amount to see a nurse as i do to see a doctor. I will be leaving this place asap due to the fact that everytime i come the nurse tries to make you feel stupid or as if she so much more knowledgeable than you making a treatment decision within 2 seconds of arriving in the room and then having to return in 2 weeks to see how the nurses guess went. I also love being told my symptoms aren't adding up or make sense my bad please tell me how my body is reacting."
"Terrible service been waiting for over 5 hours in the emergency room not a single person has been called in here over breathing issues and all their doing making you wait as my symptoms worsen and it gets harder to breathe there was a person in here with a broke leg for gods sake and they were waiting even longer than me over 6 hours! They check you in then make you wait wait and wait never seen an emergency room this bad"
"I don’t write reviews ever especially bad ones but after my encounter with dr. Malick today it must be said. She is a very disrespectful woman. She is my primary care physician and has been for a while, I always chalked up her unwillingness to listen or even believe symptoms im having as maybe a bad day for her. I’m 23 years old and have had cdiff twice, with tests to prove! I came in a few months ago because I was having symptoms of cdiff so I wanted to be tested, she said I should have made an appointment with a gastroenterologist(which I did and they were booked at least a few months in advanced) so going to her I thought was the best bet, she did nothing but make me feel bad for coming to MY DOCTOR for help and acted like I was lying about symptoms. So fast forward to today(saw her at the Plainville urgent care)I am sick with some sort of flu and have been for 2 days. I’m getting better and need a note for my work, she refused to give me a note for Saturday the 25th which I can sort of understand, but I asked for tomorrow the 27th to be included in the note and she refused, saying my tests for flu and strep were negative so she can’t prove I’m sick, when I was in so much pain the day before I could barely move! I am still recovering and I work on my feet all day I’m not looking for a free day off, it actually stresses me out to take days off, I love what I do for work and wouldn’t want to ruin it and a note is mandatory if I call out for being sick! She constantly thinks I am lying and does not have any compassion, I’m not sure why she’s had it out for me if she just thinks I’m young and stupid but I hope she reads this. Also I promise I’m not a Karen just had to get this out there!"
"I don't know why there are negative reviews for this place but it happens I guess. I have been going here for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. I think it's time for me to give my review. From the receptionists to the medical assistants to the lab techs and finally the doctors, I have had nothing but good things to say. Dr. Mallik seems to care deeply about my health. We are on friendly terms but I will get scolded on occasion for not taking my meds regularly or for not having a physical recently but isn't that what you want from a doctor? I credit her for realizing that I might have prostate cancer which was later confirmed by the urologist that she referred me to. This was when I came in for something completely different - a possible torn tricep tendon which was also confirmed. Anyway, I moved recently so getting here takes a good while longer than it used to but I am good with that and I will continue to go here for as long as they will have me."
"The doctors themselves are attentive, caring, and generally pretty good. The younger receptionist with the dark hair is quite dumb though. She tried to argue with me about what insurance provider I had and ended up screwing everything up for me with other doctors because she marked it as BCBS instead of UHC. Gave me a nasty attitude about it too."
