Within months of having Ulema as a provider, my health conditions have been addressed and I've been referred out for diagnoses and proper care. She's is also invested and empathetic in my personal life and mental health. The plethora of other staff are also INCREDIBLE. Kind, caring, funny! It took me 20 years but I found my perfect match in a medical professional!"

"I have never experienced such rude staff in my life. The woman at the front desk had such attitude from the moment I walked in and I felt like a bother. I was trying to explain I had called my insurance like she had told me to and that I didn’t understand why it wasn’t coming through and her response was “I’ve heard you….enough.” And when I said that was rude and didn’t appreciate it her response was “that’s fine..” Tristan medical do better… especially someone on the front lines that is the first point of contact for someone coming into the facility essentially the face of your facility. I’m not going to go back there again and definitely do not recommend it. Very unhelpful and rude."

"I was told by my employer that I had an 8:30 A. M. Appointment. I made sure that I arrived on time. I sat in the waiting office for 1 hour and 15 minutes. At no time did anyone attempt to explain why this delay was taking place. Once I was brought inside the nurse was very friendly and professional. I think it is safe to say she rescued the entire experience. I would ask that this company be more respectful of other people's time."
