"Lacks consistency with care providers always seeing doctors/nurse practitioners leave after a few visits, which makes it difficult to get the proper care you need when you go. Other than that the staff has been there doing the best they can with what they have to work with ."

"The worst clinic ever do not go to this clinic either the one in lawrence they don't care . you call to make a appoiment and they never have any appoiments avaible plus the doctors don't fill out the prescriptions on time and if you go to the appoiments is like 1 hour wait before they call you in and ones you go in is like another hour to be seen by a doctor"

"If i can give this 0 stars I would this a horrible place. First you set up an appointment for what you need, then they change it to whatever appointment they think you need. Rude employees especially Virginia Martinez, very rude. They don’t even have doctors there. I’m confused as to how they give so much permission to someone who’s a nurse practitioner when a doctor should be there. I have never encountered a bad experience as i did with Clinic. This clinic is horrible. I don’t advise to go there."

"Honestly wish I could give it zero stars. I have never encountered as many issues as I have with this office. They take forever to answer the phones and you will be on hold for over 30 minutes and don't be surprised if they hang up on you. There is no communication what so ever and trying to get help with anything is almost impossible. You wait forever for any appointment made and better block off a four hour slot because you will be there the whole time and your appointment will last only 5 minutes. The doctors have no idea what they are doing and are incredibly unhelpful. Anywhere is better than here."

"Worst Clinic ever, should be closed down. Unprofessional staff and the Doctors never call you back. They make appointments to call you back and never do at the time they say they will. Oh but don't even think of arriving 15 mins late to an appointment, you will be reprehended. Not sure how they are still in Business. You can tell them you are dying and that you are in need of immediate attention and they will tell you you will have to wait three days for your Doctor to call you. What a Shame!!! This place is a joke. Might need to file a complaint with Mass Gov."
