"My poor mother died because of your incompetence and lack of caring. She died scared wondering what was going on with the treatment you delayed until after she died. You didn’t answer her questions; you didn’t follow up; you canceled her appointments because you were overbooked and behind which confirmed by the nurses speaking to each other. After you stopped chemo and were not getting your direct kickback, you stopped even pretending to care. She called me crying and scared in the middle of the night over and over again because you wouldn’t tell her what was going on. Patients have rights. You violated my mother’s. I have been grieving, but now I’m ready to report to the BORIM and BORIN."

"I have had the best experience here, nurses make sure I’m comfortable during my iron infusions. Staff is always friendly!"

"I have been a patient for almost 4 years and my parents have been patients for almost for the same amount of time . Sadly we lost my Mom to cancer this past fall. Drs and staff are typically wonderful! Maureen Lewis, a staff at DF Methuen site, is the rudest person we have encountered. Approx a month ago she verbally assaulted my father , as I demanded she speak differently she only got worse. I intervened ( against my better judgement ) as my father showed signs of fear ( he is wheelchair bound) . She called for her office manager who only saw my reaction and not the events that led up to the issue. They are now not allowing me to accompany my Dad to his treatment there. Basing their opinion on my reaction and not the facts at hand . The office manager , Kristen, needs to learn how to support the patients when they fear for their own safety when being verbally attacked by a nurse . Ironically when Ms Lewis was screaming at us about Covid protocol she neglected to say she had traveled to Mexico in late fall of 2020 and didn't follow guidelines when traveling or returning. Be aware !"

"Am very upset about trying to reach anyone at Dana Farber, Methuen. Have called countless times and can get no one on the phone. Have an elderly Uncle who is 91 there for a transfusion and cannot reach anyone to find out when he will be done. No one picks up the phone! Am pleased with the physician but this communication is a breakdown. Please help people who cannot go to the area with their patient to get information soon. It will take me 40 minutes to get there so I need to know ahead of the time he will be released. Thank you."

"So unorganized and unprofessional. They scheduled an appointment for Monday. Confirmed on Friday and again on Monday morning. I show up to find out the doctor I need to see had gone home for the day. I did not receive a call to inform me of that so I wasted my time going there. Left work for nothing. Asked for a different appointment they didn’t know when they could book it for because they don’t know how to navigate their own system to look at that doctors schedule. Asked for a different which was also not available. If you can’t navigate your own system then please inform me WHO CAN!?!? All in all terrible experience. If this is how they treat patients that is incredibly sad. Only person that seems to know what they’re doing there idea a lady with thick drawn on eyebrows which inadvertently had a terrible attitude so that didn’t help either. Would never go here wouldn’t recommend. You’re better off driving to Boston if you need real medical help."
