"Constant issues with the office. From not informing me about lab work I needed to get done, to not responding about results over several months. Today's occurrence... not filling an eye drop prescription that I requested at 8 a.m. and called back 2 separate times in the afternoon. Eye condition is getting worse and I'm separately dealing with a cold and a sick child. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Staff also very rude."

"I had been a patient here since 2023 and I've been in constant pain without help for 9 months. The Doctors don't respond to messages, the phone is somehow always on hold. Just seems they want you out of there as soon as you come in as a patient. I was told to come off of my medication but was given no schedule or any advice on how to slowly diminish my dose. I could go on all day about how unhelpful this place is. Just be cautious for yourself because health is the most important thing we got."

"If you’re looking to become a new patient look somewhere els! I made my first appointment 4 months ago they had to reschedule ok no big deal so I wait another 2 months then they call again today to tell me they have to reschedule again like what? So I call to see if I could see someone els and the woman on the phone was no help at all I understand I’m not special but they can at-least keep and honor their appointments"

"Unfortunately my son has received one of the poorest care here. We chose this place because we were new in the area and did not find a lot of options. Each time my son was sick, they tell us to wait for a nurse to call (you have to call them back multiple times to get the nurse to call back after hours, sometimes half a day). And they usually call back to tell you the dr cannot receive him/ no possible appointment. I 2 years, there has never been a time when my son has been taken care of by his pediatrician when he got sick. At the moment, looking for better options in North Attleboro area!"

"I have been going here since I was 9. I had Dr Sharon Jazard/Mullane and Denise Field. They were absolutely amazing! Okayyy fast forward, now I have Dr. Debowy. Omg the absolute worse and the receptionist Tiffany is ignorant. I have family and know a few people who have worked there and they say she is just as ignorant with the staff!!! Also they do whatever possible not to take you in. They are so bad at this establishment. I truly do not recommend anyone come here unless it is the only option."
