We proudly serve patients from the MetroWest area, as well as Sudbury, Wayland, Maynard, Concord, Framingham, Stow, Wrentham, North Attleborough, Franklin, Foxborough, Norfolk, and surrounding communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We offer both in-person and telepsychiatry / telemedicine visits to better accommodate our patients' needs.

"After my husband did his phone intake, we never heard from the office. I left a voicemail asking about the status and never received a call back. Edit to add: Letting someone who needs a psychiatrist fall through the cracks and then saying “we’re here for you if you need us” is disingenuous at best and harmful at worst. If you’re a medical provider for people who have mental illness, get yourself together or get out of business."

"Professional, reliable, courteous service. I have been with this practice for many years with no intention of making any changes. Dr. Berry and therapist Richard keep me up and running and have been with me through some very difficult times, I don’t know how I would’ve done it otherwise. I have read some of the reviews concerning the cancellation policy, and I find these frustrating as adults should be responsible enough to keep an appointment they have made or reschedule with the adequate notice. I find their policies no more onerous than any other medical provider that I deal with. I feel fortunate to have a provider of this caliber right here in Plainville without the need to go to Boston."

"I don't work with Dr. Berry, but the associate that I do work with - Dr. Chaparro - has been a lifesaver. He is a true professional and I have never worked with a psychiatrist as sharp as he is! But their office policies are atrocious. SIXTY $$ for cancelling an appointment!! (And if you're more than 15 minutes late, they consider that a cancellation but only charge FIFTY.) That makes me feel the primary concern is $$, not patients. We have lives, you know? Things happen. Addendum: When sent a request to transfer my files to a new doctor, I received a call that there is a $45 admin fee to transfer records. $$$"
