"Doctor behavior was unnerving at best & extremely dismissive. Basically he told me if I died it was on me for getting a procedure I did not need (besides being recommended for tonsil removal by my primary care & the hospital) BEFORE he checked my airway, and then told me I HAD TO HAVE SURGERY. Imagine saying that to a 20 year old who was already suffering and never had surgery before. I was terrified before the horror began. They did not make sure my pain was managed or that I even knew what medications I would need. He then recommended a abnoid & tonsil removal- after telling me I was basically FINE and I was overreacting... Then in pre-op my hospital nurse told me she did not approve of his bedside manner....I spent the next 6 hrs after my surgery trying to get pain meds approved because they did not tell me it would be an issue with my insurance. The next day I have a post operation hemorrhage and was back in the ER being chemically carterized.... Eventually stopped giving me pain medications the start of week 2, and offered no alternative perscriptions to ease my suffering. Only offered to fill the same script they told me wouldn't get approved! I ended up in urgent care because I couldn't sleep and was prescribed a steriod by the angel there and was FINALLY NOT SUFFERING. It was actually traumatizing for me."

"Do no go to this place. They will do procedures without your authorization nor explain the cost to do them. Dr Dhingra is a crook and so is everyone working under them. These ppl should be ashamed of themselves, honestly. Oh and when you try to schedule a follow up appointment for anything, expect to wait close to a year, as that’s what they attempted to do with me. I wouldn’t wish my worse enemy to come to this place. STAY AWAY"

"Love this Practice. Since Dr. Dana retired I know see Dr. Dagher and he is simply Wonderful! He set my mind at ease and has a great bedside manner. The front desk staff is top notch as well! I highly recommend this practice!"
