"The doctors at this facility are wonderful and extremely thorough, and most of the nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. However after several years of treatment here the staff seems to have become increasingly rude, condescending and lacking in empathy. Perhaps this is due to pandemic fatigue, but it has become a less friendly environment overtime and made me seriously consider taking my services elsewhere."
"The providers are excellent. The nurses are phenomenal. The office is extremely clean and a very professional environment. One thing I do wish would change is that 2 of the receptionists can be rude on the phone. I always feel like I am annoying them. I know they are not actually unfriendly as I have been going here a long time but I do not like feeling like I am a nuisance every time I call. They are always kind in person, phone manner could just be improved."
"The office waited until I showed up to my appointment to tell me my son had no referral and they called my doctor office at 1pm. When my appoint was for 1:50pm. Then to come to find out my doctor office faxed it over twice. So my son was not seen and got push to the curb because medical assistant don’t want to do their jobs. They made it my fault because it’s the patient job to have the referral. But I had no clue they still didn’t have the referral i could of got it before I went to the appoint but lack of communication my 8 month old can’t be seen. And he been having a allergic reaction for about a month and none of the doctor can seem to see what it is. So they referred me to them. Never in my life I went to an appointment and had someone told me it was my responsibility. When my doctor sent it twice."
"Good practice, nice doctors. My son is currently getting the shots treatment. He has to go in twice a week and my only complaint is that the receptionists could be a little more friendly. They always seem bothered when I try to schedule the next appointment for my son."
"Very nice facilities, and convenient hours, but all the doctors in the practice are very junior. They all seem to have only a few years of practical experience. We brought our daughter here for about 15 months, and I kept thinking "have these people ever met a baby before?" We tried two pediatricians at the practice; frequently they seemed flustered by issues that seem relatively common, and never seemed ready to decisively recommend a course of action. We've finally decided to find a more experienced pediatrician."
