"People really love complaining these days.. This place is great. Nice, clean facility, the doctors are top notch, the nurses are super nice and knowledgeable and when I had bloodwork done downstairs, I was in and out in 10 min, and the nurse who performed the blood work was extremely kind and compassionate. MRI was also a breeze with Shield. Wasn’t a huge fan of my previous doc, but he moved on, and it’s clear now that it was a him problem, not an issue with the establishment. My new doc is great and I’m glad I stuck with them."

"I went Emerson Health Center in Westford for blood test this morning. However, they didn't receive my test order from my PCP's office. Apparently, this was due to two different systems (used by PCP's office and by Emerson's) so the order didn't go through. I have waited for over an hour to finally get my blood test done. I am writing this review is not to complaint Emerson's lab in Westford, but in opposite, I want to compliment the lab's staff! I am very grateful to the front desk registration lady, Lynn, who made extra effort to contact my PCP's office for two times to get them fax over my test order. She was also very kind to comfort me while I was waiting. In addition, the lab technical girl was also extremely friendly and efficient. My experience today in this lab is so much different from some of my previous experiences, so I also want to thank the manager of the lab for making great improvement to this place!"

"I have worked for many major hospitals in Boston but have moved to this area and was looking for an OB that’s convenient. Every time I call in they rarely have appointments and always have a nasty attitude. Absolutely one of the worst hospitals I have ever dealt with. I rather drive hours than use this hospital for any service"

"Went in today for a CT scan. Office staff were very pleasant & helpful. The CT tech was awesome, guiding me through the procedure and very pleasant. I was a little early for my appointment, yet I was called in for the procedure almost immediately. Excellent experience, highly recommended!"
