"They called my mom to read her breast biopsy results, they knew that she doesn't speak English, I went with her to the appointment, without asking if we needed someone to translate or anything. The provider then told me to tell her that she has cancer. I do not recomend this place at all."

"The amount of stress and anxiety Blackstone has put me through is bazar. During my first trimester of pregnancy I went to hell from rude medical assistance , to the doctor not doing or caring for you. Last week I called to get a refill on my son prescription they told me it was all set been calling for 6 days already. They said it was already sent . Yesterday I called and said I was going to speak to a lawyer because they’re playing with my sons health magically the pharmacy called me today and said the prescription was send this morning. I called today to make a complaint voicemail is full and the call just got sent back to the call center."

"I just have worst experience with they doctor and his nurse .For my physical exam he rejected to check my knee (I have pain )and he told me to make it another appointment for that, so what the purpose of physical exam ?And the nurse asked me a question if I have butch control, I asked her u mean birth control? She kept saying butch butch , I said again birth she keep saying same, then she asked me if I'm sexualize? she was trying to read words from a computer She was rude to. And I was waiting 30 minutes before they toke me to the room. Only the lady who take my blood was very nice and gentle, and also front desk very nice people.Im so disappointed."

"Completely disorganized. I called on Monday to set up an appointment. They set it up for that day at 4:30. I get a call that there was an error and they couldn't take me at 4:30 because I was a new patient. They ask me to call on Tuesday to set up an appointment. Tuesday comes and there are no available spots, only the next day, Wednesday. Wednesday comes, and they tell me they will call me between 11:15-12:15pm. I mess up because I could not answer at 11:15. So I call back within the time frame and they say the doctor will call me back. Two hours pass and no one calls me. I call back and they say they need to book another appointment. Okay, they can set the appointment for 7:00pm on Wednesday. About one hour passes and they call me back saying that they can't take me because I am a new patient. I question them, they put me on hold and then they hang up. I call back and speak with another representative. And she says I'm all set for my appointment at 7pm on Wednesday. They are super unorganized and lack communications skills."
