"I highly recommend DSH and actually I already have to a TJ Maxx cashier I saw yesterday Dr Mendes and his staff were were wonderful and made feel very comfortable during my mohs surgery and the Dr even gave me a prescription for trentinon for my wrinkles which I'm super excited about lol. They also schedule appointments very quickly which is great because it can take months to get in to other dermatologists. To often people only post the bad experiences which is why I'm doing this review they deserve to know what a great job they do thanks again"

"DSH provides a great patient experience. The staff is friendly and helpfull and the office is clean and comfortable. This is my third year with DSH and I can highly recommend Nathan Hand for your dermatology check-up. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel well cared for and confident in his abilities and assessment. I enjoy my visits and have next year's check-up already scheduled. DSH offers many skin services and you should consider using the services available."

"The new policies the doctors offices have now are absolutely unacceptable!!! I come to my appointment on time. It turns out they had moved. No one had notified me about it. Now I am late for my appointment, which on top of it is double booked. The provider now cannot see me. Turns out it is a 10 minute appointment only on top of it! What kind of service can you provide in a 10 minute slot with another patient scheduled at the same time?! Why is it OK for patients to wait 30-40 minutes, If not longer, in the waiting room? But you cannot see me for a 10 minute appointment!? When you are right there and I am right there, and I have called and showed up and was late which was not my fault. Where did the Customerservice go? Where did the care for a patient go?! Extremely frustrated and unhappy. It took me an hour just to get to this appointment and now I have to come again. Is it even worth it for a 10 minute appointment? You pay hundreds of dollars for this appointments and you barely have time to take your clothes off and put them on and they shove you out the door for a next mill patient! Zero courtesy or respect policy!"

"I had a rather unfortunate experience with this practice. I had made two separate appointments, but during the first one, they were unexpectedly not in the office without providing any prior notice. This left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced, especially considering they had sent me an email confirming the appointment just a few days before. When I reached out to them the next day, they admitted it was a scheduling error on their part. Although I rescheduled, I was a bit disappointed that I could only be seen by a nurse practitioner rather than the doctor. But that wasn't the end of it. When I scheduled my second appointment for 8:10 am, I got ready and was about to leave when I received a call informing me that the doctor would be unavailable and that they needed to reschedule a whole month later. At that point, I felt it was best for me to find a new dermatologist who could provide more reliable and timely care."

"Dr. Moyer very personable and highly skilled. Went above and beyond the other day to check some weird skin growths on my dad's foot, even though my he was there for an unrelated issue. Also Oloo (sp) the medical assistant (soon to be a doctor) was great taking care of my dad. Second time I've been to see Dr. Moyer and have had nothing but great experiences. As one of the staffers told me when I booked an appointment with Dr. Moyer, patients love "Big Red" and won't see anyone else. Thanks again for taking such good care of my dad."
