Elliot Urgent Care at Londonderry 40 Buttrick Road, Londonderry, NH 03053

"My daughter visited the urgent care and we have subsequently been billed two $35 copays for the same visit. Have spoken with both our insurance and twice with Eliot billing and was advised that the two copays are billed correctly, as the first copay is for the urgent care, and second copay is to actually see a physician/nurse practitioner who is billing under their own tax ID, thus requiring two copays. Essentially, one copay to get through the door into a room and one copay to actually be seen by someone. The first copay was billed to Eliot Hospital, and the second copay to Eliot Physicians Association. This is completely misleading, deceptive and a $$ grab. Eliot clearly only charged the one copay upfront, so why aren't you taking both upfront and advising patients accordingly? Obviously, it's because Eliot knows you are powerless to fight the second copay after the visit. Shameful."

"Received two bills from Elliot. One for the actual visit and one for a hospital fee. I have never had a place charge a separate amount for use of the facility. I was at urgent care for under 30 minutes but was charged for over 30 minutes. This is over a $70 difference in the bill. This place only cares about the money and not the patients. The doctor was also very odd and made the visit uncomfortable. In response to Elliots comment: I have called twice and both times told it would be looked into and I would get a call back. That has not happened. Elliot lied to my insurance and refuses to change the billing code to the right amount leaving me stuck with the ridiculous prices that are double billed. Will never be back and would not recommend to anyone. Stay away."

"$$$ - Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! 2/18/23 - went in for UTI - was billed $797 for confirming the test that I brought from the home test kit in. They padded the bill so it became this enormous amount. They billed an extra amount saying it was a 40 min. Office visit when it was only 15 mins. To have to pay almost $800 to pee in a cup and be handed an RX. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!"
