"I Recently moved to New Hampshire from Massachusetts and needed a new auto insurance provider. My current provider suggested Brownell Insurance and I called as soon as he let me know they were family owned and operated, independent, have excellent Google reviews. I spoke with a woman on the phone and conversation was great. She was very helpful and sent back a quote in no time at all. I was excited to give them my business. I told the account manager that I would like to move forward with them and to let me know what they needed from me. That is when she completely disappeared. I called and left messages with the receptionist and sent quite a few emails following up with her with no response or call backs. I don’t ever write reviews but I was very disappointed with the Responding to the message from the owner below, the last email correspondence I have from the rep was on 10/24/19 when she sent the quote and asked for the other residents information. I responded to that email one hour later with the information she requested and never received a response back. I sent about three emails following up and called the office. I have no other emails from her and no voicemails. I apologize if I missed a call but I would have returned the call if a voicemail was left. I was not aware that the other resident in the household would change the rate as I never received any other forms of communication with the rep. I hope your communication with other clients is better than what I experienced. I would be happy to chat on the phone with you to discuss my experience with the company further."
