"The staff at the dental office are extremely rude and insulting in their conversations. It is difficult to get information from them, they sound upset if you ask questions. It is an ordeal just to get through a simple dialogue with them."

"Chose a PCP through my insurance website who seemed like a good match, said she was accepting new patients etc. I then spent an hour and twenty minutes trying to get any communication at all as to how to actually SEE her. Sounds like the operators are a call center, I mean I had called and been disconnected, hung up on, disrespected, told that my PCP wasn’t my PCP and I was “probably” on a wait list, redirected to insurance where no one answered and I had to leave a voicemail, etc ..at least seven times. one lady absolutely had me on speaker, which is so sketchy. Ended up googling another number to try to get through, I don’t even know what number or office I called but I finally spoke to a half decent gentleman who sounded legit. He said I needed to register and I was like yeah I gathered that but I haven’t gotten any help on the matter. He took my info and said someone would call within the week to register me as a patient. I even called my health insurance company to explain but they were no help either. It’s been two months, still haven’t gotten through, no one has gotten back to me to register, no emails no voicemails. I tried to sign up for the “patient portal” online three times, never got a confirmation email or phone call from that. Now I need care and am back to looking for a PCP. I would NEVER suggest the Edward M Kennedy health center for anyone, because of my terrible experience and the dang-near fraudulent methods of which they “provide” care."

"Can I give 0 stars? Every time I call you’re on hold for more than 20-30 minutes. They never have appointments and when they do the doctor doesn’t even touch/examine you. Then turn around and say they can only spend 20 minutes per patient. I’ve had an issue for months and months now and they won’t give me a referral for a specialist nor try to figure out what’s going on. Why can’t I have a referral ? Doesn’t make any sense at all. Go somewhere else"

"I've been going here since the start and can confirm everything you read here is true except the 5-star reviews which are obviously from employees. Sadly, I am locked into which places I can actually get to so I'm stuck in this 8th world abomination. If you can go elsewhere it's highly advisable to do so. I also want to call out the level of racism in these reviews. Who cares what nationality someone is? It has absolutely nothing to do with anything, stop being disgusting."
