"After years of poor care left this practice. Happy now with another pcp. Received a recommendation from a specialist that we needed to proactively change providers. Could not risk our health to stay. She had misread last 3 tests for my husband. This Ivy League doctor said she would give her a grade of F."

"If I could give zero stars I would 100%. I was seeing Dr. Albert for a little over a year. I called in on a weekday to refill a prescription for a mediation I take. I got a hold of the receptionist and she told me the prescription would be refilled. I go to my pharmacy and she prescribed me the wrong medication and I was not able to get a hold of her until after the weekend, so the pharmacy had to give me emergency pills five nights in a row to hold me over until we could hear from somebody from the office (as there is not a on-call nurse for any emergencies) it is illegal for the pharmacy to have to give out emergency pills so this doctor put the pharmacy at risk they also put myself at risk for not having my medication‘s that I could get serious withdrawals from. The pharmacy showed me a paper that Dr. Wendy denied me as a patient which was not true because I had been seen at her office for over a year now. Once Monday came around I called first thing in the morning and there was no apologies or understandings for anything she immediately said that she refilled the right prescription nobody was helpful at all after that point terrible experience terrible doctor don’t ever go there. I also went in for an appointment after all of this situation to try and figure everything out and be seen and hopefully get it all settled out but when I went to my appointment the doctor had discharge papers ready for me with no notice. I found a new doctor that day and went back to this doctors office to sign the paperwork for my new doctor to be able to access my new medical records it has been a week and three days and my new doctor hasn’t received any paperwork. I showed up there with the fax number for them and everything. Beyond frustrated beyond unprofessional extremely disappointed."

"I visited BrightStar at the beginning of the summer. I found Albert and Wendy, the NPs, to be professional, current on medical knowledge, and very compassionate. The office staff, Vickie and Pat, were super helpful and ready to help me with anything I needed. The office is clean and organized with lots of warmth throughout. I am quite impressed with the services provided here."

"Helped my gf get antidepressants here, and despite the argument that these medications literally made her want to crawl out of her skin, and shared this dilemma, the dose was simply increased. When she finally INSISTED that there was a change, she was given many many samples of a different antidepressant. In looking into this, the two medications yield the highest profit to the practitioner, so if you'd like to be simply a means of profit, rather than a patient, this is the clinic for you! But please. Everyone avoid this place. Their main incentive is money, and they are very obvious about it."
