"I had a really good experience here when I was visiting from out of state and needed care. I needed to pay out of pocket, so I was relieved that they were completely transparent about the price of my visit (and what was and wasn't included) upfront when I checked in. There was a 90 min wait (despite using the system to "save my spot in line" before I arrived) - but I figure that's not too bad for the end of the day, walk-in care. And I will always be glad to wait to see a doctor who listens. I felt like the Doc took his time and was thoughtful about what to do next rather than rushing me off. He was also transparent about how, with my particular type of infection, it can take a few tries to match the right antibiotic to knock it out. And he gave me clear instructions on what I should do next if things didn't get better. And they called my prescriptions into a nearby pharmacy before I left, saving me time on that end, too. Everyone I interacted with was helpful. I would absolutely return to this urgent care, if the need arises again. Thank you! I have had many disappointing medical experiences, and it is such a relief to walk into a place that is so well run."

"We were told 90 minutes and then waited 3.5 hours to be seen. Patients are also now waiting inside rather than in their cars, despite the fact that we were told the slowdown was due to a number of positive Covid tests. Perhaps we should return to waiting in our cars?? Nonetheless, once we got in, the providers were excellent and we appreciate both their knowledge, care, and professionalism. Excellent health care."

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my unique traveling circumstances, including offering to let me stay for hours to rest and wait until the worst had passed or until I decided to ask my partner to make the 3-hour drive to pick me up, and offering to let my car stay in the parking lot overnight after I was referred to the ER.
