"I mean they fixed the problem, but the guy who came made me VERY uncomfortable. Kept making comments about my body and my weight, kept saying I had to come with him everywhere including into my basement, at one point said “oops I thought you were my wife for a minute”. I ended up having to go to a work meeting and my wife handled it. Well today I THANKFULLY went I to my basement and he took my trash can for my house, filled it with sewer water and LEFT IT IN MY BASEMENT. If I had not checked it and it sat there I would have been furious. I am still not thrilled, $620 later and while my plumbing works I didn’t sign up for the discomfort, degrading, and getting covered in poop water trying to get the barrel out of my basement."
