"I had an issue with my PC that I could not figure out where it worked sometimes but then other times it would be stuck in a boot loop. This was after I changed my AIO because the included pre-built one started to fail. I spent hours trying to figure it out myself but couldn't. Ended bringing it to Richard and he assisted in figuring out the issue with efficiency. We changed the CPU thinking it was the only other part that was failing because underneath had burn marks. Come to find, the issue was still occurring so there was a lot of back and forth trying to figure out what it was. In the end it was my case (determined it's haunted now). Strangely something was causing it to not work properly so it was changed out and everything worked fine and great for weeks. Less than a month later, the issue decided to resurface without any reasoning. Changed out the motherboard and *knock on wood* it has been working great now. In addition, he set up my RGB fans with a controller for the second time. Richard has been great and patient working through all of the issues I have had with my PC. Understandably, it was a headache to figure out, but he was very professional about it."

"I went in with my son's gaming PC to get it fixed, Richard informed me that the video card was shot, I also asked about upgrading the system. He was very honest with me and said he could fix the initial problem but the PC would need more to work to my son's expectations. So we decided to switch out to a different unit. This gentleman is so accommodating and explained everything that he did and how it would work better. I felt very comfortable. "Today I went in to try to see if I could get some of my laptops fixed. I called ahead and Richard told me to come in any time. I don’t live far so I was over in a few minutes. He looked over my electronics (which were fairly cheap and in terrible condition to be honest) and told me it would cost more to fix them than buying them new, which I had already figured. He then gave me the option of giving me credit for the items and put it towards one of his items in the shop. He explained to me all the different features and went over my needs and price range. I had picked one I loved but the price was a little high for me. He took the price down three times to where I needed it to be. He was just so kind. I have never been to an establishment where I was met with such genuine kindness, who heard me out. Anyways, I went to take the money out and realized I didn’t have enough anyways! So I went off back home, and thanked him for his help as I hoped to return when I had more funds. Once I got home I received a call from Richard, he told me to come back, that he had something for me. So I went back and right on the desk was a shiny, pretty silver HP laptop. I began to tear up and just couldn’t believe it. He said it was a random act of kindness, and wanted nothing in return. I just couldn’t believe his charity. I hope he reads this, and God blesses him and keeps him always. Thank you for blessing me and being human. It means the world. I have gone through so many hardships since before the holidays, and just had a surgery with severe complications. Thank you for cutting me a break and showing human love.
