"friends and family local or global this business is junk.!!!! absolutely junk. boss don't speak english or don't want to speak !!!! never answer, phone or email. very disrespectful. take forever to come, stop by. drinking when working. excuses after excused. boss act like company is big but actually smaller than my business. office is like a ghost with disrespectful people. if i am able to rate this business. worst of the worst. everyone please spread the words."

"The staff was very courteous but I waited 3 hours for a call back. When I called their office again I was called back within 5 minutes and told they don't do residential work anymore. It seems communication with potential clients is still an issue here."

"Called to make an appointment for simple cracked sink issue. Very nice woman picked up and said someone would call back and they would be able to make an appointment. After no call back the next day I called and a nice man picked up. I explained that I had not received a call and asked if maybe by mistake they forgot or lost the info . He said nicely that it was in the notes and someone would call they were just very busy. I understand plumbers are busy. No one ever called and it's been over a week and no one has called and I was told in both cases a person would call the same day. I asked them if they could not make an appointment that was fine and i would move on, both cases they said they would be able to call me to make an appointment. You need to communicate to customers better and be more honest about your appointment creating system."
