"Jeremy, Finn and the team over there are awesome. The reason for only 3 stars: I scheduled an appointment at a time that the person with the credentials needed to start my order was not there, so I was unable to get service. I live about an hour away, so the next day I wanted to call to make sure someone would be there to process my order. The listed phone number routs you to Best Buy’s main call center, and the operators have no information about the individual locations, and there is no way to contact the store. I put in a request for an urgent call that the operator said she would forward to the store, but they never got the message. It was wildly frustrating. I ended up driving there anyway and was helped by Jeremy, but not the best experience. I hope they can fix the issues with the phones because the staff there is very good and this led to a lot of unnecessary headaches."

"I made an appointment here after the main phone tech support (not this store, but the 1-800 #) was disappointing to say the least. I rushed in, running late for my appointment as a prior appointment ran over and the tech checking me in was calm and welcoming. He asked what the issue was with my laptop then offered to look at it right there and then, not having me go to the appointed area. He unfroze it in a second. BOOM, DONE!! Control, Alt, delete hadn't worked, nor had the few suggestions from the person at the 1-800 #. But to this Tech, it was cake!! I wish I remembered his name to give him proper credit. Not only was he a whiz with my laptop and solved the issue, he treated me professionally, courteously, and respectfully. Thank you, Geek Squad Tech!! If only I had been able to reach the store Geek Squad before my appointment... And believe me, I tried! Nothing but endless automated response and hold times. This was the one negative, especially as my issue could have (and should have) been resolved over the phone."
"I can’t begin to explain my experience here... First off they told me my car speakers were blown. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment to get new speakers. Then come to find out, my speakers were fine, but my radio itself was broken. Had to wait another 4 months. Cool. Then they reinstalled everything, and did not hook the wires up right. Had to go back for that. And then they installed the wires wrong again. I made almost 10 trips there. My final trip there they gave me new speakers which was awesome. Now my radio is not playing anything. After my last trip, one of the techs looked up my phone number and starting texting me afterwards. So unprofessional and I’ve had the worst experience of my life here. $2,000 and a year later I still don’t have a working radio. Safe to say I will not be returning."
"Over the course of eight years and two computers I have had an occasion to use their service a total of five times. Four times I received wonderful service. One time the individual (not from this store) who remoted into my computer failed to fix a windows update glitch I was getting on a Windows 7 system. Overall I am pleased with their service."
