"I went here multiple times since 2018 and can say the staff have always been amazing. So personable and they truly make you feel heard. I prefer to go to Troy because I have had way less issues with waiting times. I had a 9:40am Saturday appointment for followup for a medication I was out at 11:05am (got my vitals around 10:20am, saw the provider at 10:50am and then blood work at 11:00am). Again everyone was so fantastic- I truly love talking to them and feel so secure and comfortable with them, so for me the wait time is only 1 star off but I know for many it can negatively impact their experience way more, depending on what they’re there for and also have scheduled for the day."
"Yeah you have to wait a bit sometimes, but my abortion procedure was faster than projected and everyone was lovely. No issues after the procedure as well. Very thankful they provide the service, so I don’t feel like waiting a bit for it is a big deal."
