"Yesterday I arrived at the Hugo Boss store in Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, MA, to exchange a sweater my daughter bought in Florida for a Christmas gift. I especially want to mention the work of the employee Christina Soares. She made my visit to the store pleasant and memorable. For me she is a wonderful and competent employee that any customer-facing company should be proud of. Thank you Christina!"

"I was initially very hesitant about shopping at Boss. I was used to buying suits at target and generally being happy with my purchases. After I lost my suits in a house fire, a friend convinced me to give Boss a shot. We met the manager, Boaz, and he was the best help I have ever had in a store. He could just looking tell my shirt size and after he made a suggestion, he respected my interest in another suit and immediately went to work on finding appropriate ties and shirts that would match for the occasions I needed the suit for. I never felt pressured and he only brought out two items at a time so I never felt overwhelmed. He was also taking care of other customers at the same time and gave them the same attention, which I felt was impressive. I loved the suit I purchased and can without a doubt say that I will be returning to Boss as a result Boaz and his excellent customer service."

"My experience was far from what I expect from a brand like Hugo Boss. I arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing time which was 7pm to find the doors locked with the employee inside of the store that quickly waved signaling that the store was closed and when I pointed to my watch, she rolled her eyes and looked away. Being the customer service so poor, I decided to take a picture of myself at the store. Soon after seeing me taking the picture, she ran to the door, excusing herself and saying that her manager asked her to close earlier. Something I doubt very much. At that point it was too late because I knew that I was not going to enjoy my shopping experience. This was a case of the employee deciding to close earlier than advertised which is unfortunate for the store, brand and overall customer service experience."

"Compliments on top of more compliments for the dress shirts I got with them. Initially went and bought 5 dress shirts but once at home realized that I was actually missing for not having bought more. So got back there a week later and bought more 6. Now I hope you are sitting... I paid between 24-30 dollars for every dress shirt. For that price around where I live I cant get anything at all! Do youself a favor and forget about other brands and stores. Their quality is just 1 universe away from the rest that is out there (Yes you DKNY!!) Lol At both times I've got assisted by a nice young lady who was extremely helpful. I will return!"

"I purchased 3 dress shirts. The fit is ok, slightly tight around the chest and a bit too loose around the waist. The fabric quality is good. Customer service was great until another store associate made an incredibly condescending and uncalled for comment to me. I still can't figure out why??? I may or may not return again."
