Our cheeses are crafted with love and care, using local ingredients to bring people together through the joy of delicious cheese.
At Four Fat Fowl, we are committed to our community and offer free artist work space in parts of our building, which is housed in an old elementary school. Our goal is to support local artists and provide a creative environment for them to thrive.
When you shop with us, please note that orders placed after 12:00 pm on Wednesday may not ship until the following Monday. We have a $20 minimum order requirement to cover shipping materials costs.

"Just tried their camenbertha. The 8 Oz. Round was very soft. Upon slicing the inside was completely liquid, see pic. Even runs off the cracker. Rind is stiff. Flavor is mild funk, mushrooms and milk or half and half...so is the rind..very mild. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it due to its ultra runny physical state. I'm not even sure how to store it once we cut into it. For $32 per pound, I expected more. FWIW purchased in CA."
"I have been looking for decades for this cheese. I have looked for this triple creme brie in not only in the US, but Europe as well. I cannot say enough about this cheese because I'm eating it now. "One of the best soft cheeses we can purchase in the United States. I was shopping at my local health food store and literally heard a senior woman scream, "They have it!" Of course, I had to run over to see what it was that so thrilled this discriminating cheese shopper. There were three rounds. She bought two, and I bought one. I wish I knew who she was to go back and thank her. Such a treat! It must be hard for them to get in on a consistent basis because it hasn't been on-the-shelf since."
