"I don't leave reviews but I felt this one was necessary . Came in last night with my wife looking for a perfume she tried last time we were on holiday in North Conway. Jackie helped my wife narrow it down to figure out the one she had tried because she couldn't remember which one it was. We were there for a good 30 minutes trying to figure it out. She was so helpful and beyond patient! A fun sense of humor too which is refreshing. She made it a point to ask questions about the perfume smells. What the bottle looked like. She sprayed a bunch on paper cards so my wife could try. She was even working with a couple other customers at the same time somehow managed to still be attentive and eager to help..Eventually we found the perfume! This is one of the best experiences we have ever had while here! We felt so welcome and cared about. That's customer service is rare nowadays . We will absolutely be returning every time we are here and hope Jackie will be there!"

"Me & my wife went shopping here while we were staying up in North Conway for vacation & were astounded by the deals & discounts of products available at this location. Very spacious, clean, organized, & Eric helped us out extensively & politely/friendly with recommending products & helping to pick out holiday gifts. He was a tremendous help & is extremely pleasurable to talk to!"

"Google maps gives the wrong location. They’re down the road near Kate Spade Columbia Sportsware. That said, we had a wonderful experience in the store. They had more than we came for, the prices were amazing, and Lily was extremely helpful and patient. I will definitely stop here again my next time through town."

"Had good products, service was bad, there were two people at the counter only one would help, when finally got the other person to help, they said the one computer didn’t take cash and i had to wait for the other one. Didn’t end up being able to buy anything because the worker couldn’t work the other computer for another customer"

She was very friendly and extremely helpful during my visit and thanks to her I found a lot of nice products from my favorite brand MAC. I totally recommend this shop and I will definitely come back."
