"They never answer the phone"
"I went this morning. Woman at the register was rude and basically threw my items at me. Maybe hire staff that are pleasant and not rude. Everyone has a bad day but she was extremely unpleasant & rude. Won’t be back again."
"Every time I go in, it’s such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is always so nice and kind. I appreciate that when they did T carry something I was looking for, they said they’d order it for me. This is my favorite store to come to."
"Extremely rude staff and overpriced items! Avoid this store like the plague! Last time I went there, they had all their beer un-labeled so I had to bring some up to the counter to get a price check. The owner acted like no one had ever asked him to do a price check on anything ever before at his store pretending to be confused and upset. When he said the 12 pack of truly was ~$20, I was very surprised. Then he said ALL hard seltzer is that price. As I said, "no thanks" and started to walk out not really thinking much, he rudely points to the 12 pack I had left at the register. I would have gladly put it back politely if he asked NICELY but this guy was really getting upset over absolutely nothing. I didn't even mention that the price was too high. Maybe they should put labels on their overpriced alcohol if they don't want to have to walk 5-10 feet to put it back and then get bad reviews like this? This is a common technique for trying to get people to pay more by not labeling the product. If you have to wait in line and/or feel bad about asking to do a price check they think you'll pay no matter what. You can't play on my anxiety. I am not a victim. Back about a year ago I was there just to buy some rolling papers and I had about the same experience. The guy working there had absolutely no personality. I was going to use a card and he just pointed to the sign that said minimum $5 charge for debit multiple times rudely. I would have gladly bought a few packs but I ended up getting offended and just leaving. I won't ever come back and don't recommend that anyone ever shop here. Worst store ever."
"The guy that works at night with the glasses is really unprofessional and rude. I will never step foot in this joke of an establishment again. No more money from me."
