"Every time I go to pick up my prescription at this location, I get the same exact person to help. This person has a nasty attitude and VERY, VERY rude and disrespectful. He gave me my medication and I told him that I was also picking up medication for my son and he said “no, you’re done, leave. Go, go” if you do not want to work with costumers, go find yourself another job that can fit your attitude. His Name is Jonathan."

"I want to return a CVS ibuprofen pill Which has the cvs logo on it N it’s unopened The associate says I can only return with the receipt But I didn’t ask for the receipt when I checked out She didn’t even ask if I can use the bank card to look up the purchase N refused the return Very rude policy ! !"

"I went to Rhode Island hospital on the 29th for an infection on my arm. They prescribed 2 separate antibiotics and a few other medications. I went to cvs on broad st in providence, RI. When I got home from the pharmacy I noticed that one of the antibiotics was missing from the bag. I come to the cash to the cvs today on the 1st of October to pick up my missing prescription. They dismissing two me I already picked it up on the 29th. They print out a paper to show me as if I don't know what I picked up and why I cave back."
