"Pharmacies, post pandemic, have been beyond overworked and like most other businesses, I am sure it has been difficult to find employees. Despite these facts, Joe and his pharmacy team at the Hope st. Location, have been exceptional at multitasking and still putting on a smile with customers! The phone tree attendant, however, needs a serious reworking. Nothing is more frustrating then not being able to speak with a real person if desired. And if you do force someone to leave a message then you actually do need to return that call!"
