Especially because they had an advertisement that stated if you spend $200 or more in hawaii shipping is free. Unfortunately, I saw that my shipping wasn't coming off so I emailed them, they told me that they are not shipping to Hawaii for free because it's too expensive. I just asked that they remove that offer from their advertisement. I also sent them a screenshot as proof. Its deceiving to the eye and took up lots of my time as I was trying to shop on their website.From 5 stars down to 1. My ordered should have been honored due to their mistake."

"The order arrives well packed and everything is fresh. Items that are meant to be refrigerated come completely wrapped in ice in a foam box, separate from everything else. The reason for my 3 stars is because although they accept food stamps, if the order has items that are not covered by it you cant pay with it. Also, I wish some products weren't so expensive because I would be able to buy more things or more often. It is nice though to have a place to buy things from back home that you don't easily find elsewhere."
