"I am very surprised that this is only rated 2 stars. I am assuming that Victor Contente was not there at that time. He greeted perfectly excellent conversation and on the point information. They even validate parking in Arcade parking lot. Cannot recommend this office highly enough. Great job Victor!"

"Absolutely atrocious customer service, they treat you as if its a privilege that they offer banking services which are equally as terrible. My most recent incident involved them shutting off my card for spending $950 at a retail store which is not unusual for me. When I called expecting it to be a simple "no this was not fraudulent, please reactivate my card" I was met with "wait til 7am central time monday" (this occured on a friday night). If you have the capability to shut my card off after-hours, you should have the capability to turn it back on again after-hours, Visa and Amex can. What's the point of having a 24/7 customer service line if all they tell you is "wait til normal business hours"?"

"Poorly design GI , horrible customer service, confusing account and trade history part. If you switch from one type of an account to another , they loose all of your trade history on the previous account. Just about every time i want to make a trade , there is some sort of an issue which requires i speak with a representative, who , by comparison to Fidelity , are trained to fetch coffee at best ..."

"Been over a year since my account has gone between16 to 29 thousand from an account that was just around $2,000,000 and the total losses were approximately 1.8 million. Obviously there is nothing that can be done as I witnessed this Smug guy with a dark beard try to bring in more women and naive men. I have blocked td ameriitrade and I won't return any calls. So if u think u can't loose ur life savings think again. funny when the few times I have mentioned it I guess their told not to respond."
