"Filed without asking me detailed questions then stated that I needed to amend the return. Told me that I will need to pay an additional $150 to amend the return on top of the $150 I already paid to file. Never replied to my request to amend (reached out twice). Update 8/11/23- claims there was a flood and that he can help, 5 weeks pass by with no update. Awful experience- not one to shame a business but definitely deserved here. Learn how to communicate with your customers- don't ignore them."
