"The agency and RI Government thought it would be a great idea to help small businesses impacted by the bridge closure by offering loans. Why would any business person take on more debt when business has slowed and you are trying to meet current financial obligations. The SBA would not even listen to refinance current debt to lower interest rate! THIS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY SHOULD BE CLOSED!"

"They aren't going out of their way to help anyone.. yes they are a good way of getting money for a very small window of people, for a small window of business transactions. But in the end these people have a decent govt. Job with decent pay and benefits, they do and have always favored certain subsections of people, in an effort to offset, racism, and discrimination., in so doing they are being racist and discriminating, a white male that is broke does not in anyway benefit from other white males that happen to fall into the 1% of the population that makes over 400k annually.. how can they justify discriminating against one human, because of what another human has?"

"I called this place...no answer. I went to the location and rang the doorbell. No answer. I put my name and number on the sheet that was taped on the door...no answer. I emailed them after all that...no answer. Does anybody work here?"
