"NO STARS!!! what an awful financial company to deal with. Awful customer service, run around in circles on a mistake Citizens made with our mortgage payment. They are not willing to admit their mistake. Will be contacting the corporate office to file a legal complaint with them."

"Loved Citizen's Bank until recently. Closed our very business Giant Eagle Market Branch on Wharton St. Pittsburgh. Installed ATM which never works. Need a new CEO this one sucks. Friendly staff but ATM throughout Pittsburgh do not work. What gives?"

"Please do not use citizens bank for any financial services. The customer service representatives will run you in circles. They also have left out critical information on their credit card statements in regards to promotional APR interest rates and expirations. They have been made aware of the problem and have not made an effort to correct it. Many customers could have paid hundreds in un necessary charges due to the omission of critical information on the statements in regards to interest rates being charged and expiration dates that were not disclosed."

"If you can avoid this bank as mortgage loan handler, please do. They will hold PMI, as long as they can; even if they are violating HUD. Report to CFPB and hopefully you'll get some attention from this horrible bank. We are at less than 75% LTV ratio using a BPO FROM LAST YEAR. Does Citizens not understand how the market is recovering and how to do a market analysis? It's very obvious that houses are increasing in our neighborhood. This bank with the least resourceful staff think we have to pay for another BPO to request to cancel our PMI. You are in the wrong Citizens and in violation of HUD"

"Update: Was able to work with another person from the office do the president who was amazing (five stars for her) with follow up and helping. I hope they are able to resolve issues where it takes 1.5 hours and 8 people to unenroll from auto pay and sign up for other services. I’d like to give more stars but one great person cannot fix the whole company’s issues. STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely awful. Will not return calls. Cannot keep track of accounts. Will not send paperwork or refunds. If you do business here have an attorney on retainer. Should have staid away when they messed up my mothers 40k cheque deposit."
