"Was a member here for 20 yrs . Very poor customer service ! I have a great credit score , a good income , with no large outstanding debts. I asked the Worcester Credit union for a 5 thousand dollars loan ,and got denied. I joined a new local Credit Union in my town , applied for a 10 thousand dollar loan, and had it within a week ! I (immediately ) pulled all my finances out of the Worcester Credit Union ,and put it in my New Credit union.."

"I have been banking here for 7 years and they have always been slow or late keeping up with their app for digital banking but sometimes they have errors and if your account over drafts because of said errors they don’t want to waive the fees I will be taking my business somewhere 7 years at a credit union and they can’t extend a credit line to keep me building with them 7years and my credit is 690 and I can’t refinance my car what in the world is this place really doing for ppl only has one branch I’m ALL done."

"I honestly DON'T see why WCU received such bad reviews! Over the past year and a half I have refinanced my house, opened an equity line and purchased a new car with WCU effortlessly. Yes, they had to close their lobby due to Covid19, however, they helped me through scheduled appointments, telephone calls and DocuSign. I love that I can manage my checking account, mortgage, equity line and pay all my bills through the online banking and their mobile app if I'm on the go! Lastly, now that the lobby is opened, I specifically went in to see the renovations that were done and it looks lovely. It's modern, bright, clean & inviting."
